Mobil oil credit card pretty good card I like it pay off monthly good for most stuff only got a 2500.00 li.it other than that not many frills or anything

Mobiloil Credit Union's Lending department was very helpful in my process of buying a vehicle. They assisted me along the way and even contacted the dealer on my behalf to verify I was being treated well and given the best deals possible. Above and Beyond Member Service!

They was good at first. Now they are chicken sh*t robbers. They will charge you out the ass on things alot of banks don't. They will take from you and say it was your mistake.

Mobiloil credit union is a thieving piece of garbage who will use every chance to take your money. The bank managers and customer service speaks to you like you're an idiot and nasically tells you the nice versio. Of "since you allowed overdrafts were going to charge you even before you actually hit negatives in your account to push you into debt as far as possible and there's nothing you can do to stop it"

This credit union has gone way down hill. Their rates for members are poor. They lock our credit cards all the time for "our" protection, and the after hours number is very very bad. Our cards were locked on several instances after trying to purchase from Home Depot, Exxon Mobil Gas Station, and USPS, and A Pea In a POD, when we flew to new york and tried to pay for dinner, and many more. The main thing is the huge pain it is to verify 2 prior transactions, SSN, date of birth, account number, name, and address while at the point-of-sale for $20-50 transactions and then having to re-activate the card. After hours, you cannot get limit increases if you need/want to make purchases in excess of the daily limit because the after hours contractor can ONLY help if you are "declined." The crappy interest rates, constant locking of the card, and bad service from the after-hours support we give a zero and switched to another bank. I do not recommend them.

Mobiloil Federal Credit Union is the best. I have been banking with Mobiloil for over 10 years now and wouldn't think of changing it. Anytime I have any banking questions or want to set up a savings plan there is always someone that could talk to me personally about my own financial situation. They will help you through whatever it is and wont rush you to get to the next person. The representatives make sure that you fully understand, and take their time explaining so that you have the best banking solutions. There are also no unnecessary fees just for having an account. They also offer low rate loans and credit cards that won't break your bank account.
