Ingredients
Sugar Cookie Syrup
- 2 cups light brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon almond extract
- 1/8 teaspoon butter extract optional

- 1 tablespoon iced sugar cookie syrup
- 1½ ounces espresso
- 1 cup ice cubes

To Make the Syrup
Combine brown sugar and water in a small pan. Bring to a boil stirring constantly.
Remove pan from the stovetop.
When the mixture has cooled close to room temperature, add vanilla, almond extract, and butter extract. Stir to combine.
Store syrup in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
To Make the Drink
Pour iced sugar cookie syrup into a glass.
Add espresso and stir to combine.
