Cheat mode

Make a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "hitman2.ini" file in the game folder. Add the line "EnableCheats 1" (case-sensitive) to the bottom of the file. Type one of the following case-sensitive codes during game play : Note: Do not type the codes too quickly or they will not be recognized.

Access All Missions

Open up your hitman2.ini file and change:

DefaultScene=AllLevels/logos.gms
to
DefaultScene=AllLevels/levelmenu.gms

Start the game and you will get a level select menu, with all missions unlocked.

Level select

Make a backup copy of the file before proceeding. Use a text editor to edit the "hitman2.ini" file in the game folder. Locate the "DefaultScene=AllLevels/logos.gms" entry and change it to "DefaultScene=AllLevels/levelmenu.gms". All levels will be marked as completed and a level selection menu will be unlocked.

Latest Steam Version 1.02

Goto:C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hitman 2 Silent Assassin\
open Hitman2.ini with notepad Add these 2 lines to the end of the file:
EnableConsole 1
EnableCheats 1
then save

Ingame Press the tilde ` key
enter the following cheats:
god 1 - God mode
giveall - All weapons with max ammo
invisible 1 - Invisibility
infammo - Infinite ammo

This is for the latest steam version which uses the old demo cheats. The new steam version does not use the the original IOI cheats.

Running knife attack

Change to first person view and use the knife. You can attack while running if you press (Attack) many times.

Two Handguns, No Reloads

On any level where you have your Silverballers and 2 normal handguns (sawn-off shotgun included), you can hold a normal handgun in each hand. All you have to do is drop your Ballers, get out 1 normal hand gun, pick up your ballers and get out another normal handgun. 47 will put one of the guns in his other hand. Not only can you fire 2 at once, you never have to reload!

More ammunition

If you are near a stack of ammunition but are notified by the game that you cannot pick it up, use the following trick to get almost twice as much normal ammunition. For example, if you have a shotgun with full ammunition and are next to a pile of shotgun ammunition, fire one shot, reload, then pick up the ammunition. You will now have almost double the ammunition.

Getting the M4 (M16)

On the motorcade level, you need to clear the town quickly and grab the supplied rifle. Shoot your target. This will cause the UN guards to stop and run on foot to your position. Wait until they get through the gates, then dodge their shots and put them in the cross fire from the remaining troops outside. Since you cannot hurt them, do not shoot. They will soon shoot their own men. Then, just run up and grab an M4. This may not be easy, but it does work.

Pick locks quicker

Pick a lock, look at your map, and exit. The lock will be picked.

Animals

When at your home area with the shed of guns, you may shoot down the birds either on the ground or while they fly in the air. Each bird that is shot will fall to its corresponding area and remain there until you leave the level. You can also shoot the pigs in their pen.

Torture

First thing you must do is put the nail gun(IOINGUN) cheat on,lethal (IOILEPOW) and bomb cheat(IOIER).Then find a guy kill him(doesn't matter how) pick him up and go next to a wall. keep shooting the ground by him and after awhile his arm will be nailed to the wall and you can go as far as you want.
