I’ve been in this plaza (by it, or near it) for several months now & have been in need of a GOOD hair salon (I went to another well-known upper scale near my job in Sandy Springs a few months back) & I LOVE this salon now! They’re quick, welcoming, affordable, & offer MANY services! Being of mixed heritage I can attest to having LOTS of hair challenges but a DOMINICAN SALON has NEVER DONE me or my hair wrong!!!! I haven’t even gotten my hair cut in like 10 years & she JUST TRIMMED IT!! $70 got me a wash, deep conditioner, sit under dry, blow dry, trim & style!!!!

I keep telling myself that I’m not going to continue coming here. They typically do a good job but I should NOT be here all day. I was here at OPENING. I’ve been sitting in the same spot for hours. Ive been skipped over multiple times. There CLEARLY isn’t any rhyme or reason to waiting times. The person who started ay the same time as me has been gone for at least an hour. Your hair will look nice when you leave but THE WAIT HAS NEVER BEEN WORTH IT.

Do not waste your money here. They are racist and talk about you in Spanish. I got a wash and set here after taking my braids out. The darkest one in there that washes hair called my hair greasy in Spanish thinking i don’t know spanish. Obv I know my hair needs to be washed and deep conditioned if I went to the hair salon to.. guess what… get my hair taken care of. They treat Black women real bad.

I walked in, saw that they were busy. Asked how long the wait was. When I say I’ve never been made to feel uncomfortable RIGHT from the threshold. Wow. I’m embarrassed I wasted the gas. Two different stylists were so rude just off that question. Never again.

I’ve been natural for 4 years and I finally wanted to get my hair pressed out to see how long it had grow. The initial service was great my hair came out beautiful however two weeks later when I went to shampoo my hair I noticed how dry it was as if I had got it a perm and I have A LOT of straight pieces of hair now my curls are nowhere near the same. It is extremely upsetting to know that they mix chemicals without people’s knowledge just to achieve having their hair so straight I have been very tempted to call the better Business bureau because this is not ethical.

Amazing experience here! I came in for a blow out on my sewin. I was at the shampoo bowl at 9:45 and out of there by noon. I was surprised because they had about 10 clients in at one time, but everyone was in and out! The guy that did my shampoo was thorough and made sure to really wash my braids under my sewin. The woman that did my blowout and styled my hair was excellent. I will definitely be back and highly recommend them!

I have been going to Lizbeth Dominican Hair Salon back and fourth for 18 years Greenbriar and Cascade location. The experience today (Cascade) I had was not good. I was at the shampoo bowl for 30 mins. The shampoo they usually used for my scalp was peppermint treatment. This time the young lady just used regular shampoo. I come there not because of the style they provide because they make my scalp fell fresh and clean when I leave the job. I always tip the shampooist because they have a harder job to ensure the client hair is well clean and moisture before going in the stylist chair. Today after she washed my hair six times. My scalp my hair felt dirty and dry. I was displease of the service I didn’t complain when I was there I just paid and left. I will no longer go to Lizbeth Dominican Hair salon again.
