Wow, Duolingo nailed it with their April Fools' campaign about rolls (toilet paper)! ๐Ÿงป๐ŸคฃTheir approach perfectly embodies the essence of "K.I.S.S" - Keep It Simple, Stupid. By blending humor with a simple yet clever concept, they've managed to captivate audiences and spark conversations. This campaign serves as a reminder of the importance of not just educating your audience, but also entertaining and inspiring them. Building a winning brand moat requires more than just imparting knowledge; it's about creating memorable experiences that resonate with your audience on a deeper level.Kudos to Duolingo for their creativity and for reminding us of the power of simplicity in marketing! ๐ŸŒŸ #SimplicityInMarketing #AprilFools #MarketingMoat #GreatExample

Your marketing should do more than just "educate."This Duolingo April fools campaign had me ๐ŸคฃThey even brought in social trust:Backed by Science:โ€œThe average human spends 14 minutes every day sitting on a toilet. Yet, our work shows that it only takes 5 minutes a day to learn a new language. Our learning scientists have systematically engineered a new bottom-up approach to language acquisition.โ€ โ€” Dr. Suzanne DiamondAnd the fake reviews are *chef's kiss*โ€œKeeps my language learning on a regular schedule.โ€โ€œMore fun and softer than the textbook I was previously using.โ€โ€œMi gato es un abogado. My cat is a lawyer โ€“ and I am a bit more fluent in Spanish! Never thought Iโ€™d laugh so much on the toilet.โ€Reminder:Your role as a marketer is more than just educating. You need to find ways to entertain, inspire, etc. That's how you build your winning brand moat.Education alone is often not enough.Invest in your marketing moat.P.S. Is there only one way to teach online? I used to think so until four years ago when I became a teacher-entrepreneur and found another way. So basically, there are 2 ways: session-based teaching vs program-based teachingIn session-based teaching: ๐Ÿ”นSessions are independent from each other. ๐Ÿ”นThe focus is determined by students and varies between sessions. ๐Ÿ”นWhat you teach and how you teach in each session are modified to meet the specific needs of the student for that particular session. ๐Ÿ”นOf course, students pay you by session. Even though you might bundle a number of sessions together and sell at a lower per session price, youโ€™re still doing session-based teaching. On the other hand, with program-based teaching: ๐Ÿ”ธSessions are integrated as a whole. ๐Ÿ”ธThe focus of each session is predetermined by you to serve the goals of the program. ๐Ÿ”ธWhat you teach and how you teach in each session are systematically designed to maximize the results of the program.๐Ÿ”ธStudents pay for the program, which consists of a planned number of sessions. ๐Ÿš€ Let me know in the comments below:Which is your preferred teaching way and why? ..............๐Ÿ‘‹ Hi, I'm Stefy.I share tips on mindset, marketing, selling, and online niche teaching for teachers who want to become independent, find their own students online and charge them a higher rate.If you're interested in these topics, follow me and connect with me hereโžก๏ธ Stefy Vaclavikova

Simplify - Write - Post - Learn - Repeat. ๐Ÿ“ I've met so many talented coaches and creatives who are absolutely amazing at what they are doing, but when it comes to posting on social media, they are just stuck, not knowing where to start. It is not that they don't have what to say, but they don't know how and where to start. If that's you, here is something to think about - Rome wasn't built in a day....and neither is a killer social media presence for your brand. It takes time and practice. And let's be real. You won't get it 100% "right" the first few/many times. But you know what? That really is ok.You should still take action anyway.๐ŸŽฌMessy Action๐ŸŽฌ Scrappy Action๐ŸŽฌ Scary Action๐ŸŽฌFearful Action๐ŸŽฌDoubtful Action๐ŸŽฌ Uncertain Action๐ŸŽฌ Any ActionDon't overthink it. All you need is a simple writing formula:โœ…Hook/Tagline - Try to make it short- pointing out one problemโœ…Message - Just one message -how you solve just that one problemโœ…Call to action - tell your audience what you want them to do next -like the post, comment, share or go to your website/landing pageThat's it. Simplicity and progress are what matters.Don't stress over perfection; With practice, quality will come. Trust the person who, four years ago, wrote only quotes. Now, hit that like button if you are ready to take any action that will bring your brand one step forward to social media growth.

Knowledge Lust: A desire for learning but never using it.When I first started my online business, I felt I needed to learn everything. I would spend hours learning about, copywriting, email marketing, lead generation, and more. I had a wide range of knowledge but no real goals on how I would make these new skills a habit. In the end, I just had a ton of knowledge that made me sound smart. But it never really got me any results. Moral: The biggest mistake you can make is to acquire knowledge with no real goal of how you will use it. If you want to grow your business try these five steps and create a system:- Learn something new- Consistently Apply it- Get results- Test a new approach- Improve Keep iterating until you max out. Take your time. Then move on to something else.Albert Einstein said "Any fool can know. The point is to understand."Because learning without an intentional plan of action to use what you learn gives you a false sense of accomplishment, but is actually holding you back.

Today's post is about how to help yourself.Yeah, only you can help yourself, no one else.Let me tell you my story.I went to university to pursue a completely different degree i.e. Analytical Chemistry.Yes, I am an analytical chemist from my educational background butDuring my degree, I saw a lack of practical skills in our education system. We all know that's a bitter reality that our graduates lack practical skills. But instead of bragging about it and telling people that our education system is crap.I went on a journey of self education in 2020.Initially, my goal was different but with time I learned content writing and wrote blogs for different websites like VisitPK.Then that skill turned into copywriting and I wrote social media copies for many international clients.Soon I stepped into the world of digital marketing and learned SEO and Social Media Marketing That was a complete change in my life. One thing I should mention here.I didn't drop out of University I completed my degree. So stop blaming the education system and learn online.YouTube is your way to go.If you want any guidance then you can contact me. I teach people online.Let me know which skill you want to learn and what's your plan.

DON'T READ THIS, IF YOU DON'T HAVE A BUSINESSI noticed something about business owners: they are always striving hard to increase sales for their products. However, they often overlook that marketing is both a science and an art that requires learning, even if it's at a fundamental level.I've seen many of you take classes on Facebook and Instagram ads just to sell more, but you end up wasting money on ads that don't convert. I don't blame you; I blame the people teaching you how to run ads. They're just showing you how to click the button without properly explaining the principles behind making sales using Facebook ads. It's undeniable that you need to understand basic marketing before you run ads, or else you'll end up wasting money. This isn't only about Facebook ads, but to effectively market your product without stress. So, I'm thinking we can link up, and I'll teach only 10 people how to do this properly. It pains me to hear how much money you all waste on ads on a weekly basis. It's not rocket science; it just requires you to understand some basics, and I'm willing to teach you for free. This would typically cost you 600k if you were to take it as a course, but I am willing to teach you for free. And rest assured, this isn't one of those courses that will later ask you to pay after the first class. I'm even willing to have it as a physical class for better assimilation. This is me trying to help people, but I can't help everyone, which is why I want to take only 10 people. If you're willing to participate, reply to this with "I am interested."I will select randomly.
